What youll do:
- Own team performance: conversion, revenue, login hours, attrition control
- Run huddles, handle escalations, coach and drive morale
- Ensure CRM discipline and BPO hygiene
- Trainers/Managers: deliver batches, TNI/TNA, OJT, audits, and training strategy
Who were looking for: Diploma/graduates (12+ 3 yrs diploma)
Strong English; Hindi required for TL/SL roles
Minimum 3 years BPO experience with at least 1 year documented as TL/SL/Trainer
Immediate joiners or within 15 days
Willing to relocate
Compensation:
- Team Lead up to 5 LPA ( 3 openings, undergrads considered)
- Process Trainer up to 6 LPA
