n n Minimum 5+ years of experience in Prime Home Loan Sales
n At least 2+ years of experience in team handling and leadership roles
n Mandatory experience in the Prime Home Loan segment
n Proven track record in self lead generation and market acquisition
n Strong exposure to field sales operations and channel management
n Established local market network in Hyderabad (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred)
n Fluency in Telugu (spoken) is mandatory
n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team across the Hyderabad region
n Own and deliver regional sales targets and business growth objectives
n Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
n Monitor daily field activities,



pipeline management, and conversion efficiency
n Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity
n Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, agents)
n Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities in the prime home loan segment
n Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networking
n Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
