n Audit Senior Associate - Future Opportunities
n Experience Level: Mid-Level
n Overview
n The Audit Senior Associate plays a lead role in executing audit engagements, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day engagement activities. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS
n Perform and review audit procedures, including controls testing, substantive testing, and analytical procedures
n Coordinate daily engagement activities, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
n Review workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback
n Mentor and supervise audit associates
n Communicate effectively with U.S.-based managers and team members
n n Skills Required
n n Strong organizational and project management skills
n Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
n Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
n Effective written and verbal communication skills
n Commitment to high-quality client service
n n Qualifications
n n 3–5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred
n Nonprofit audit experience is a plus
n CA/CPA preferred but not required
n In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies
n Experience supporting U.S.-based audit teams
