n We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter – Consultant for a 3-month consulting engagement. The role will involve developing engaging, social-first written content across platforms, translating briefs into compelling copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives.
n The ideal candidate should have a strong social-first mindset, be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank, and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives.
n Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms.
n Build and maintain a strong, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements.
n Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
n Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads, websites,



blogs, and scripts.
n Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone.
n Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation.
n Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices.
n Manage timelines and ensure adherence to internal TATs and SOPs.
n n Mandatory Requirements:
n n This is a 3-month consultant role.
n Robust social-first thinking and understanding of social media content.
n Ability to build and maintain a strong content bank.
n Strong command of Bengali is mandatory.
n 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation.
n Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n Excellent grammar, language, editing, and proofreading skills.
n Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.
n Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
