Job Description We're Hiring | Educator Coach (School Education)
n Base Location: Hyderabad
n Work Location: Srikakulam (Regular Travel Required)
n Maple Valley is looking for an experienced Educator Coach to mentor teachers, strengthen classroom practices, and support career development across our schools.
n We're looking for someone with:
n n Master's degree in Education or a relevant field
n 5+ years of teaching experience in K–12 schools
n Experience in teacher training, instructional coaching, or academic leadership
n Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, Vice Principal, Principal, or similar leadership role is preferred
n Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, and classroom observation
n Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills
n n Please Note:




n This role is based out of Hyderabad, but the work is carried out in Srikakulam.
n The selected candidate should be willing to travel to Srikakulam regularly and stay there for a few days during each coaching and training assignment.
