- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and support functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Commercial, Procurement, IT, Strategy, etc.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.
- Build talent pipelines and market maps for critical and recurring roles through LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and other channels.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
- Drive pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Track hiring TAT, pipeline, offers and joining metrics and provide regular updates.
