Someone who knows where the good Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Closers and Team Leaders are.
And more importantly — how to reach them.
We're not looking for someone who simply posts vacancies and waits for CVs.
We're looking for someone who can build a serious real-estate team.
You should bring
- 3+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Prior experience recruiting specifically for real estate
- Solid network across Noida / NCR real estate
- Experience hiring sales and business-development professionals
- Hands-on sourcing through referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri and direct headhunting
- The confidence to approach good people who aren't actively looking for a job
