Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing through job portals, referrals & social platforms
- Resume screening and initial candidate coordination
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assisting in campus hiring drives and HR operations
- Maintaining recruitment data and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA / BBA / Graduates (Any stream – HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR or recruitment is a plus
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
