About the Role

Concord Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor with a background in Civil Engineering (Diploma or BE). The ideal candidate will handle comprehensive surveying operations for our diverse infrastructure, power, energy, civil, solar, wind farm, and land development projects. You will ensure high precision in site measurements, layout executions, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site & Land Surveys: Conduct detailed topographical, contour, boundary, and layout surveys for civil, renewable energy (solar/wind), and infrastructure project sites.
- Instrument Operation: Utilize modern high-precision surveying instruments including Total Stations, DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System), and Auto Levels.
- Data Processing & Reporting: Process field survey data using relevant software to generate precise maps, alignment sheets, cross-sections, and contour drawings.
- Layout Execution: Verify construction layouts, benchmark levels, gridlines, and provide continuous technical support to execution teams on-site.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site civil engineers,



and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with project specifications.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to quality control measures, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures on site.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in surveying for infrastructure, power, transmission, or heavy civil construction projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert handling of Total Station, DGPS, and computer-aided design/survey software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and layout data accurately.
