Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier &
- Factory Management

- Own relationships with footwear manufacturers and key suppliers.

- Drive factory production planning, capacity allocation, and execution to meet business requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

1. Production &
- On-Time Delivery

- Own end-to-end production execution from order placement to dispatch.

- Ensure adherence to production schedules, timely dispatches, and TAT commitments.
- Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks to minimize delays.

1. Sourcing &
- Cost Optimisation

- Develop sourcing strategies across footwear categories.

- Drive commercial negotiations, cost benchmarking, and value engineering without compromising quality or timelines.

1. Product Development &
- Cross-functional Coordination

- Partner with Product Development, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth NPD execution and bulk production readiness.

- Ensure supplier readiness for new launches and seasonal transitions.

1. Supply Chain &
- Inventory

- Coordinate with Planning to prioritize production based on business demand.

- Work with Logistics to ensure timely pickups, dispatches,



and inventory availability.

1. Compliance &
- Continuous Improvement

- Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards.

- Drive process improvements to enhance factory productivity, OTIF, and lead times.

1. Reporting &
- Governance

- Track and report key sourcing and production KPIs including OTIF, production adherence, dispatch TAT, cost, andsupplier performance.

- Maintain accurate documentation of POs, production plans, and supplier commitments.

Requirement:

- Extremely robust with vendor management & negotiations
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing, or a related field preferably as account manager in Footwear, Fast Fashion, Retail etc.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures.
- Experience with product development, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
