You''ll play a key role in optimizing processes and tools that drive efficiency across our operations. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, manufacturing, and project management), ensure alignment with global standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of analyzing existing processes and tools to identify improvement opportunities, but also implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

- Analyzing and documenting current processes and tools
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
- Ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
- Providing training and support to stakeholders on recent tools and processes
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making adjustments as needed
