Key Accountabilities

- Shop Floor Management, Oversee daily shift production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules.

- Manpower Planning.

- To maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees Improvement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production
- To collect and analyze rejection data.

- Training of New Operator.

- Skill Matrix Preparation For Operator.

- To keep inventory control in the shop floor.

- Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times.

- Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring the KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.

- Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid positive performance.

- Ensure safe working practices are maintained and Standard Operations adherence.

- Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.

- Coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications

- Communicate with the teams by utilizing visual management, delivering shift briefs with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement

Education Qualification

- B.Tech. / B.E. in Any Specialization

Technical Competence Skills





- Manufacturing Processes : Deep understanding of production workflows, machinery, and materials used as per standard and BOM.

- Lean manufacturing : Knowledge of Lean principles, such as Kaizen, 5S, and Just-In-Time (JIT), helps identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

- Problem-Solving : Quick decision-making under pressure, especially during equipment failures or production delays.

- Equipment Maintenance Troubleshooting : Hands-on experience with machinery, production lines, and automation systems. Ability to diagnose and identify root causes to resolve mechanical or electrical issues.

- Safety Compliance : Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA), and environmental guidelines.

Leadership Competence

- Supervise and train production operator , ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices.

- Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement among production teams.

Relevant Experience

- 8-10 years of experience in filter manufacturing and production management.
