Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our Fabrication & Installation team at our Contracting Company. The Technician will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminium doors, windows, and other structural elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fabrication and installation processes, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee fabrication processes for aluminium doors and windows, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site supervision.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of fabrication and installation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout fabrication and installation processes.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance skill sets and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.




- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes as and when required.

Qualifications:

- BTech. / BE in Civil or Mechanical from a reputed university.
- Should have total experience of 7-10 years with min. 3 years of experience in a Glazing and fabrication contracting company / Systems Company / fenestration industry.
- Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, routers, and milling machines.
- Robust mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to fabrication and installation work.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
