Estero works closely with students, educational institutions, universities and partner networks to support students throughout their international education journey.
n Role Overview
n The Student Admissions & Application Advisor is responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of student applications — from receiving completed documentation and submitting applications to securing offers, tracking application progress, and ensuring timely follow-up with universities, institutions, agents, and internal teams. The role works closely with Student Success Advisors, who manage the student-facing counselling and relationship journey.
n The Student Admissions & Application Advisor ensures that once a student has decided on their study pathway, the application moves efficiently, accurately and consistently from submission to offer.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Submit and manage student applications to universities and institutions.
n Track applications, offer letters, conditions and deadlines.
n Follow up with universities, institutions and partner agents.




n Coordinate with Student Success Advisors to collect and verify student documents.
n Maintain accurate application records and trackers.
n Ensure timely resolution of pending documents and application requirements.
n Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth journey from application to offer.
n n Key Requirements
n n 0–2 years of experience in international education/admissions preferred.
n Strong communication and follow-up skills.
n Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
n Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
n Experience with international university applications is an advantage.
