Job Description ⚖️ Hiring | Head of Compliance (HOD) Location: Gurugram CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA
n We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Compliance to lead and strengthen the compliance framework for a large multinational organization. This leadership role requires someone who can simplify complex regulatory requirements into explicit, actionable processes while ensuring the highest standards of integrity, governance, and operational efficiency.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Compliance Governance & Framework: Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs aligned with global and Indian regulatory standards. Simplify policies into user‑friendly SOPs and workflows.
n Policy Management & Training: Create and update compliance policies, drive awareness through workshops, training, and communication campaigns.
n Investigations & Ethical Governance: Lead internal investigations on misconduct, fraud, and policy violations with fairness, speed, and discretion.
n Risk Management & Monitoring: Identify compliance risks, conduct audits, and ensure timely regulatory filings and certifications.
n Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, HR,



Legal, Finance, and external regulators to foster a cohesive compliance culture.
n n Ideal Candidate Profile: ✅ 20+ years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, audit, or risk management ✅ Proven expertise in simplifying and building compliance frameworks in large/multinational organizations ✅ Strong track record in managing internal investigations end‑to‑end ✅ Excellent understanding of Indian regulatory laws and global compliance standards ✅ Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
