n n Market Research – Lead Generation & Management
n Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates.
n Proposal review and Coordination
n Coordination between BUs, Associate and Client for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission
n Country and Project Risk Assessment
n Formation of NDAs. / Cooperation Agreement




n Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding
n Leading the Proposal Submission
n Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets
n Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation
n Internal Execution Agreements with Associates
n Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders, Minister, and Institutions
n Create reports for upper management
n Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
n Travelling frequently in the territory for meetings and customer engagements
