Job Description About the Role
n We are seeking a energetic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth, brand presence, and market share across our portfolio on quick commerce platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the digital and sales strategies for an umbrella of our digital-first nutrition brands like MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, Gritzo, and TrueBasics, ensuring the brands excel in the competitive online space.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Develop and implement a growth strategy by building strong relationships with category managers and stakeholders at quick commerce platforms to increase brand visibility, market share, and sales across the Diet and Nutrition category.
n Optimize product listings and content on quick commerce platforms while ensuring consistency in brand messaging across channels.
n Collaborate with platform teams to run paid advertisements, banner placements, and monitor conversion rates, CTR, and campaign performance.
n Optimize fulfillment efficiency by working with the supply chain and operations team to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
n Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.




n Use analytics dashboards to track daily sales, inventory levels, and customer demand trends.
n Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on competitor analysis and platform trends.
n n Key Requirements:
n n 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, quick commerce, or FMCG sales.
n Hands-on experience managing accounts on Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
n Strong knowledge of e-commerce/quick commerce dynamics, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
n Proficiency in seller dashboards, ad management, and inventory tools of quick commerce platforms.
n Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
n Data-driven mindset with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics expertise.
n Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
