n About the Role
n SCDS is looking for talented and committed Interior Designers and Architects to join our Mumbai team. The candidate should have a solid design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to work across concept design, detailing, material coordination, vendor coordination, and site execution.
n We are hiring for Senior position only.
n Senior Designers / Architects
n 1. 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, or design execution.
n 2. Experience in residential, hospitality, clubhouse, commercial, or luxury interiors preferred.
n Key Responsibilities for Senior Designers / Architects
n 1. Lead design development from concept to execution.
n 2. Prepare and review detailed working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
n 3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
n 4.



Manage junior team members and ensure drawing accuracy and timely delivery.
n 5. Conduct site visits, resolve design/site issues, and ensure execution matches design intent.
n 6. Handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail, timelines, and quality.
n Required Skills
n 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
n 2. Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, hardware, lighting, and construction details.
n 3. Good understanding of site execution and practical detailing.
n 4. Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
n 5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
n 6. Should be open to travel for site visits and project work.
n 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment.
n Software Knowledge
n 1. AutoCAD mandatory.
n 2. SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, or rendering software knowledge will be an added advantage.
