Job Description We're Hiring | MIS Analyst – Manufacturing
n Location: Mumbai

n We are looking for an MIS Analyst with strong manufacturing-domain experience to drive management reporting, business analytics and decision-support MIS.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Prepare and manage Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS for management.
n Develop standardized MIS formats, dashboards and management review decks.
n Analyze Production, Sales, Inventory, RM/WIP/FG, Capacity Utilization, Productivity, Cost Variances, Working Capital and Profitability.
n Conduct Actual vs. Budget, Actual vs. LY and Actual vs. Forecast analysis.
n Analyze plant-wise and product/SKU-wise performance and identify key business drivers.
n Identify cost/revenue leakages, productivity gaps and profitability improvement opportunities.
n Work closely with Plant Operations, Finance, Sales, SCM,



Procurement and Business Heads.
n Automate reporting processes and develop Power BI dashboards using ERP data.
n n Looking for:
n 5+ years of experience in MIS / Business Analytics / Management Reporting
n Manufacturing industry experience – Mandatory
n Robust hands-on Advanced Excel & Power BI
n Experience with SAP / Oracle / other ERP systems
n Strong understanding of manufacturing & business performance metrics
n Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
n Ability to work with Plant Heads, Business Heads, Finance & Senior Management
