A leading and rapidly growing pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an accomplished sales leader to head its Ortho/Gynec business at a national level.

This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with a proven track record of driving large-scale business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustained success within the Cardio-Diabetic segment.

Sales Head (NSM) – Ortho/Gynec (1), Cardio Diabetic (1), Multi-Speciality (1)
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales leadership teams across regions and zones.
Drive field force effectiveness, productivity, and capability development initiatives.
Monitor business performance through regular reviews and strategic interventions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.




Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives across the country.
Develop succession pipelines and strengthen organisational capability through talent development.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Fourth Line Sales/Pan India sales Leadership roles.
Mandatory experience in the respective/vacant therapy segment.
Robust strategic and commercial acumen.
Expertise in business planning and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
