n Key Responsibilities :
n n Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
n Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a solid sales pipeline.
n Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
n Nurture and follow up with leads until they are converted into qualified business opportunities.




n Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.
n Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.
n Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
n Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

n Requirements :
n n Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
n 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.
n Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a robust learning attitude.
