Role Description The Study Abroad Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end study abroad services for students and professionals. This role involves counseling learners on international education options, admission requirements, and suitable destinations, as well as coordinating application processes, documentation, and timelines.

The Study Abroad

Manager will liaise with international universities, colleges, and partner agencies, manage logistics related to admissions, visas, and travel, and ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders. The role includes organizing information sessions, seminars,



and webinars, maintaining student records, tracking application status, and providing regular updates.

Manager will collaborate with training teams to align test preparation with overseas admission requirements and contribute to marketing and outreach activities that promote study abroad programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expediting skills, including experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to manage application and documentation timelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to handle multiple student cases, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time completion of study abroad processes.
- Candidates should possess inspection and quality-check skills to verify documentation, compliance with institutional requirements, and accuracy of student information.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee admissions, visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements for learners going abroad.
- Relevant experience in international education consulting, student counseling, or overseas admissions is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse learners and global partners.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, with proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, management, international relations, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
