The role involves understanding individual student profiles, career aspirations, and academic backgrounds to recommend suitable programs and institutions. The counsellor will also be responsible for managing admissions and visa processes in coordination with internal teams and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and up-to-date counselling to students and parents on

overseas education options, course selection, admission requirements, and destination-specific guidelines.
- Advise students on application procedures, documentation, scholarships, and

enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international education systems, program

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
- Speaking Telugu and English is mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Psychology, Business

Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in overseas education counselling or academic advising.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and presentation skills may also
- Prior experience with international summer school or short-term academic

programs will be an advantage.
