Role Purpose The candidatewill be responsible for driving the organization's strategic initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, improving business performance, supporting leadership decision-making, and leading cross-functional transformation projects. The role involves market intelligence, business planning, financial analysis, operational excellence, and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the formulation and execution of the organization's strategic and business plans.
2. Conduct industry, market, customer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
3. Analyze business performance using financial, operational, and customer metrics to generate actionable insights.
4. Evaluate recent initiatives, investments, partnerships,



and product opportunities.
5. Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
6. Prepare management presentations and strategic reports for leadership and Board-level discussions.
7. Benchmark EFLs products, processes, pricing, and operating practices against industry peers and best practices.
8. Support organizational transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
9. Monitor regulatory, economic, and industry developments and assess their potential business impact.
