Experience: 2+ Years in Jewellery Retail
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations and drive sales targets
- Lead, train & motivate the sales team
- Handle high-value customers and escalations
- Manage inventory, POS & visual merchandising
- Ensure SOP and billing compliance
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Store Manager in Jewellery Retail
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Robust jewellery product knowledge & sales skills
- Excellent leadership and customer-handling skills
