Urgent Opening for Store Keeper

Position: Store Keeper

Experience: 1–3 Years

Department: Stores / Warehouse

Location: Gandhinagar Gujarat, India

Job Responsibilities

- Receive and verify raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain proper inward and outward material records.
- Check quantity, batch number, expiry date, and material condition during receipt.
- Maintain stock registers and ERP/system records.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and company storage procedures.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and report shortages/excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the store area.
- Ensure proper segregation of approved, rejected, returned, and hold materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, QA, and Accounts departments.




- Maintain required store-related documents and records.
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Store/Warehouse operations, preferably in pharma, nutraceutical, food, herbal, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.
- Basic computer/ERP knowledge.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
