Store Executive –

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain proper inventory.
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials, products, and office supplies.
- Maintain stock records in Excel or inventory management software.
- Issue materials to employees/departments as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock or excess-stock items.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled, arranged, and stored safely.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, administration, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Ensure proper handling and security of company materials and assets.
- Report damaged, missing,



or expired items to management.
- Perform other store and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Basic inventory and stock-management knowledge.
- Good computer and MS Excel skills.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain and organize stock systematically.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software is an advantage.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or stock management is an advantage.

Work Type: Full time.

Pay: ₹13,029.55 - ₹16,553.13 per month
