We are a representative office in Wagholi, Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable store assistant.

Responsibilities

- daily warehousing operations, inward, outward, inventory and returns
- stock checking and verification on weekly / monthly basis.
- maintain serial number data with sale invoice.
- dispatching material to customers by verifying purchase orders
- ensuring the dispatch as per the SO by following the FIFO method
- maintaining dispatch records (daily & monthly)
- record keeping of inward/outward documents & dispatch documents
- coordination with sales team

Qualifications

- experience: freshers can apply
- graduate
- mandatory knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word,



and PowerPoint
- excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
- highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work cross-functionally
- team player with the ability to work independently when required
