Location: Dolphy Warehouse, Shed No.17/18, Ram Katha Ground, Vesu Canal Rd, near Saniya Check Post, Simada Gam, Surat, Gujarat 395013

Salary Budget: 14,000 – 16,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Reporting To: Store / Warehouse Manager

Profile Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Executive with 1–2 years of experience in inventory and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movement, handling inward and outward materials, and ensuring proper storage and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory movement.
- Handle inward and outward stock and verify quantities received/dispatched.
- Check materials against invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Update stock records in ERP/software or Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.




- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare stock reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the stock/warehouse area.

Education
- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.

Skills Required
- 1–2 years of experience in stock, inventory, stores, or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/inventory management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
- Responsible and organized approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Candidates from Building Materials, Construction Materials, Interior Products, Hardware, Flooring, Architectural Products, or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
