Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering secure, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients. They assess patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, maintain accurate medical records, and educate patients and their families.

Staff

Nurses work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments.

- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.

- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide emergency nursing care.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.

- Supervise and guide nursing assistants or junior nursing staff when required.





- Ensure medical equipment is properly used and maintained.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or nursing registration as required by the country or state.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred.

- Previous clinical experience is an advantage but not always required.

Working Conditions

- Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or community healthcare settings.

- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- May require prolonged standing, lifting patients, and responding to emergencies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
