THE ROLE Based in Navi Mumbai, you will join our Digital Marketing team and will own the brand-building agenda for the assigned portfolio from consumer insights through to the content, creators and platform activations that move the needle. Roughly 70% of the role is digital: content architecture, creator and celebrity ecosystems, social platforms, and e-commerce brand presence. The remaining 30% spans offline activations, modern trade visibility, and portfolio fundamentals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Own the brand and content architecture across digital platforms. Working closely with the Digital and Social team, translate portfolio strategy into a coherent content ecosystem- defining what we say, to whom, and why it matters. Performance is judged on depth of engagement, growth in brand search volume, and the quality of sentiment we build, not on reach alone.




- Build and manage the influencer and celebrity ecosystem. Design creator strategy across tiers and formats, manage barter and paid partnerships, and lead celebrity and talent engagement end to end. This is a relationship role as much as a marketing one- the goal is long-term advocacy built on genuine belief in the brand, not transactional one-off collaborations.
- Lead 360 campaign development from insight to execution. Own the brief, agency partnership, creative development, launch execution and post-campaign learning loop - building the case for what we repeat and what we retire.
- Manage the portfolio fundamentals. Own the cycle-wise brand plan, A&P; budget, forecasting inputs, promotional architecture and new launches- working in close coordination with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance to bring products to market on time and to standard.
- Turn data into direction. Track brand health, sentiment, search behaviour, category trends and competitive movement, and bring a clear point of view to leadership on where to invest next.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for someone who is demanding and caring at once, a person who holds a high bar for results while staying respectful and attentive to people. Concretely, we hope you are:

- Experienced (3-5years) brand management, digital marketing or category management, ideally in beauty, personal care, dermo-cosmetics or a strongly digital consumer brand
- Experienced in Brand P&L; fundamentals- A&P; budgeting, forecasting, pricing and promotional planning
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools for content, research and productivity- with the curiosity to keep adapting as they evolve , Influencer, creator and celebrity partnership management
- People-oriented and collaborative, Culturally fluent and consumer-obsessed & Accountable by instinct
