- CMM Programming Operation
- Develop, test, and optimize CMM programs using software such as Metrolog, PC-DMIS, or equivalent.
- Perform dimensional inspections on stamped components and assemblies per engineering drawings and GDT(ASME Y14.5) standards.

- Stamping Process Support

- Validate die and tool dimensions for stamping operations.
- Conduct first-off inspection and support die try-out activities.
- Collaborate with tool room and production teams to resolve stamping-related dimensional issues.

- Measurement Reporting

- Generate detailed measurement reports for PPAP, GRR studies, and customer requirements.
- Interpret and analyze mea surement data to identify deviations and support root-cause investigations.

- Support Fixture Strategy Development

- Design and d evelop measurement fixtures and jigs for stamped parts.




- Create measurement strategies aligned with RPS (Reference Point System) an d industry standards.

- Calibration Maintenance

- Maintain calibration schedules and verification of all metrology equipment.
- C onduct preventive maintenance on CMM machines and related fixtures.

- Collaboration Training

- Work closely with Quality, Production, and Toolroom teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
- Train operators on CMM and other metrology equipment for correct us age and basic program optimization.

- Continuous Improvement

- Support projects aimed at improving measurement processes and reduci ng inspection cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and customer-specific requirements.
