Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced L3 Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in Silverfort and One Identity solutions. The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise IAM, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Security platforms. The role will act as the highest technical escalation point for IAM operations and projects, supporting identity lifecycle management, MFA, privileged access controls, service account security, compliance requirements, and Zero Trust initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Identity & Access Management Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions. Manage user lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows. Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Administer identity governance and access certification processes. Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.

Silverfort Administration

Configure and manage Silverfort Identity Security platform. Design and maintain adaptive MFA and authentication protection policies. Monitor authentication events, identity threats, and suspicious activities. Secure privileged accounts, service accounts, and legacy authentication protocols.

Support

Silverfort integration with Active Directory, Entra ID, SIEM, and security tools. Perform platform health checks, upgrades, troubleshooting, and reporting. One Identity Administration Administer One Identity Manager (OneIM), Active Roles, Safeguard, and Password Manager solutions. Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity synchronization processes. Configure workflows, approval processes, and automated access governance controls. Support privileged access management and password vaulting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM platform issues.



Security & Compliance Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Generate security, governance, and operational reports. Conduct access reviews and remediation activities.

Support Zero

Trust and Identity Security initiatives. Participate in security incident investigations involving authentication and privileged access.

Operational Support

Provide L3 support and technical leadership for IAM services. Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Mentor L1/L2 teams and provide technical guidance. Work closely with customer stakeholders, security teams, auditors, and infrastructure teams.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : 7+ years of overall IAM experience. 3+ years of experience with One Identity solutions. 2+ years of experience with Silverfort implementation and administration. Experience supporting large enterprise IAM environments. Experience in customer-facing delivery and operational support environments.
