Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot microservices applications

- Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure

- Drive modernization and migration of legacy systems

- Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers, overseeing performance, growth, and delivery

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project timelines

- Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices across the team

Required Skills

- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in software development

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices





- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (cloud deployment, services, DevOps pipelines)

- Proven project management skills - planning, execution, risk management, and reporting

- Experience leading and managing teams of 5-6 members

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
