Job Description Interior Architect (2–4 Years Experience)

n We are looking for an Interior Architect with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about design, detail, and execution. If you have a strong architectural foundation and enjoy taking projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.
n What You'll Do
n n Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
n Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
n Coordinate with CAD, 3D visualization, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
n Prepare BOQs and assist with material and product specifications.
n Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is executed accurately.
n Resolve site challenges while maintaining design quality.
n Participate in client presentations and design discussions.
n Stay updated with emerging materials, design trends,



and industry best practices.
n n What We're Looking For
n n Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
n 2–4 years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, workplace, or commercial interior projects.
n Strong understanding of spatial planning, architectural detailing, and construction documentation.
n Experience in site coordination and vendor management.
n Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
n n Software Skills
n n AutoCAD
n SketchUp
n Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
n Microsoft Office
n n Revit proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
