Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and English
Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentation
Contribute to workshops, wellness initiatives, and psychoeducational content

Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology (mandatory)




~2 to 5 years of experience in therapy and psychological assessments
~ Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
~ Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, ethical, and client centered approach
~ Comfortable appearing in videos or contributing to psychoeducational content when required
~ Regular clinical supervision and mentorship
