n Working Days: 5 Days
n Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST
n CTC: Up to 12 LPA
n Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days‘ Notice Preferred
n

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Handle end-to-end US Accounting and bookkeeping activities.
n Manage journal entries, AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations.
n Handle month-end and year-end closing.
n Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
n Manage the General Ledger and resolve accounting discrepancies.
n Communicate directly with US clients through email and calls.
n Review work and guide junior team members.
n Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.
n n

n Required Skills:
n n 2+ years of hands-on US Accounting experience.
n Mandatory experience with M3 ERP .




n Good working knowledge of QuickBooks .
n Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.
n Experience with reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
n Positive English communication and client-handling skills.
n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n n

n Preferred Candidate Profile:
n n Experience working with US clients or US accounting firms.
n Able to independently manage accounting engagements.
n Good attention to detail and ownership.
n Comfortable working in the US shift.
n n
