Job Description Key Responsibilities:
n • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management
n • Conduct project-wise profitability, cash flow, and cost analysis
n • Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and provide business insights
n • Streamline and automate MIS processes for improved efficiency and accuracy
n • Prepare standalone financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act

n • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
n • Ensure timely closure of audits and resolution of audit queries
n • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
n • Ensure compliance with investor agreements and RERA regulations across projects
n • Monitor and manage 70:30 RERA escrow accounts and fund utilization
n • Coordinate RERA filings, certifications, and disclosures
n • Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities as required
n • Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition processes
n • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
n • Monitor receivables,



payables, and project fund flows
n • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
n • Collaborate with project, finance, legal, and sales teams
n • Coordinate with banks for escrow and compliance requirements
n • Support management with data-driven insights and decision-making
n Key Skills & Competencies
n • Strong expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis
n • Valuable understanding of RERA compliance and real estate regulations
n • Experience in statutory audits and financial statement preparation
n • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
n • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
n • Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred
n • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n • Exposure to project financing and escrow management
n • Process improvement and automation mindset
n • Experience in big 4 & Real Estate
