Job Description We're hiring an experienced professional to manage Facultative Reinsurance placements for Marine risks, including Marine Cargo, Port Package, Shipbuilder's Risk, and Onshore/Offshore exposures.
n Key Requirements:
n n 5-9 years of experience in the Insurance industry
n 4-5 years of Marine Underwriting experience
n 4-5 years of Facultative Reinsurance placement experience
n Robust technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurance
n Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage facultative placements and negotiate reinsurance terms
n Maximize placement outcomes and commission earnings
n Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy bookings
n Coordinate premium remittances and endorsements
n Support claims recoveries and regulatory reporting
