We are looking to hire a sales executive with 0-2 years of experience as well as good communication and people-handling skills.

Experience: 0-2Years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO Only

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate / Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 10,000-25,000 Monthly (Professional Tax & Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) (1st & 3rd Saturday will be Holiday) | 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied

Notice Period: 4 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days (No paid leaves provided)

No salary will be provided if the candidate leaves the company within 15 days

Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to create sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Explain product features,



advantages, and benefits to prospects.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
