Department: Branch Banking Sales + Operations The position has been created to enable explicit focus on handling of branches for Mumbai & To ensure sourcing/profitability/collection in the branches by maintaining high quality of portfolio as per company norms and process.

1. Managing the Area in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
2. Build a high Quality portfolio for the Area
3. Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Branches in the Area.
4. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed of the Area
5. Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Branch
6. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
7. Hand holding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets
8. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
9.



Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
10. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
11. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
12. Responsible for training team members on product & handhold

- Number of years of experience (5-15 Years )
- Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large Bank
- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales & Collection side in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan)
- Languages (Hindi/English)
- Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)

Qualifications:
- Graduation: (Any Stream)
- Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred)
- Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above
