We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Facade Estimator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals for aluminium and façade projects.

Selected candidates will be based at our India office.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for aluminium and façade works.
- Estimate and price façade systems including curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium windows and doors, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights, and other façade systems.
- Prepare detailed material, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor cost calculations.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare competitive and accurate tender submissions and commercial proposals.
- Analyze project specifications and identify scope inclusions, exclusions, and potential risks.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Conduct value engineering and identify cost-effective solutions where required.
- Prepare tender clarifications and respond to technical and commercial queries.
- Maintain estimation databases, cost records, and historical pricing information.
- Ensure all tenders are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Support the team during project handover by providing estimation and commercial information.

Requirements




- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in aluminium and façade estimation.
- Strong experience in estimating and pricing aluminium and façade systems.
- In-depth knowledge of curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium windows & doors, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights, and related façade systems.
- Proven experience in quantity take-offs, material costing, labour costing, supplier/subcontractor evaluation, and tender preparation.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
- Good knowledge of façade materials, profiles, systems, fabrication, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and relevant estimation software.
- Solid analytical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight tender deadlines.
- Experience with international projects or façade contractors is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with high-rise, commercial, residential, and luxury residential projects.
- Experience in preparing estimates for large and complex façade packages.
- Strong knowledge of supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Experience working with international clients, consultants, and project teams.

Salary: ₹10 Lakhs – ₹15+ Lakhs per year, based on experience and qualifications Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
