Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced O2C professional to independently manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, including billing, Accounts Receivable, collections, customer reconciliations, GST invoicing, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage O2C cycle from sales order and billing to collections.
- Review POs and ensure timely, accurate tax invoices, e-Invoices and e-Way Bills.
- Maintain AR ledgers, ageing reports and invoice-wise collection mapping.
- Follow up on overdue receivables and resolve collection issues.
- Perform customer reconciliations and resolve invoice/payment/credit note mismatches.
- Work on Zoho Books and Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Ensure GST invoicing and related documentation compliance.
- Prepare daily collection reports and weekly/monthly AR ageing MIS.
- Support month-end closure, audits and O2C process improvements.
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, O2C, AR, Biling or Credit Controls
- Robust knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills, collections and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and dashboards.
