Job Overview

Catalyst Education is looking for a passionate and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and direct interactions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Participate in seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Marketing,



and Sales teams.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, customer service, or EdTech may apply.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners and candidates with prior EdTech / education sales or counselling experience will be given preference. Pay: ₹12,421.08 - ₹40,527.22 per month
