We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities for Skybook Global and Skybook Digital in the Saudi Arabian market .
The role will focus on B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, relationship building, solution selling, proposal follow-up and closing new business. The candidate should also have good knowledge of Saudi visa processes and related documentation , which will be an added advantage for the role.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, referrals, networking and direct client visits.
Identify and connect with business owners, CEOs, General Managers, HR Managers, Finance Managers, Marketing Managers and other key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Skybook Global or Skybook Digital solutions.
Promote outsourcing, recruitment, digital marketing, technology, accounting and other business solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and business consultations.




Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular CRM updates.
Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions and client visits when required.
Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain awareness of relevant Saudi business, visa and documentation requirements

Visa and Saudi market knowledge

Knowledge of visa processes, business visas, employment visas, visit visas and related documentation will be preferred.
Experience dealing with visa consultants, travel companies, recruitment companies, PRO services or corporate service providers will be an advantage.
Good understanding of the Saudi business environment and local client requirements is preferred.
Existing business connections and professional networks in Saudi Arabia will be highly valued.

0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Corporate Sales .
~ Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC market experience is preferred.
~ Robust lead generation, networking and relationship-building skills.
~ Confident in communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
~ Strong negotiation, presentation and sales closing skills.
~ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage.
~ Existing client or business connections in Saudi Arabia will be highly valued.
~ Valid Saudi driving licence will be an added advantage.
