n Mandatory Functional Skills Required_
n n Mandatory 3 years of experience as Team Lead US Healthcare in RCM & AR calling and total min 4 years of experience require.
n Robust knowledge of US Healthcare workflows (RCM / Payer / Provider / DME preferred) Hands‐on experience with healthcare tools and medical billing systems.
n Understanding of US healthcare regulations & HIPAA compliance

n n Key Responsibilities_
n Team & People Management
n n Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–25 healthcare associates.
n Allocate work, monitor daily productivity, and ensure SLA adherence.
n Conduct regular team huddles, 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
n Identify training needs and support onboarding of new joiners.
n Handle attendance, leave management, and team discipline.




n n Operational Excellence
n n Ensure accurate and timely processing of US healthcare transactions (Claims, Billing, AR Follow-ups, Eligibility, Prior Authorization, etc.).
n Monitor KPIs such as Productivity, Quality, TAT, AHT, and SLA.
n Track daily/weekly performance dashboards and share reports with leadership.
n Manage queue balancing and workload distribution.
n n Quality & Compliance
n n Ensure adherence to HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and client-specific SOPs.
n Drive quality improvement initiatives and reduce rework/errors.
n Support internal/external audits and compliance requirements.
n Implement corrective action plans for quality or SLA gaps.
n n Process Improvement
n n Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
n Support Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement initiatives.
n Document SOP updates and ensure knowledge transition within the team.
