n Compensation: INR 3 Lakhs to 5.00 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives(Depends on the Interview)
n Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome
n Work Location: Bengaluru
n n Profile:Field Sales Executive
n n Generate new customer leads through field activities.
n Meet prospective customers.
n Explain insurance products according to customer requirements.
n Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
n Build long-term customer relationships.
n Maintain daily sales reports.
n Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
n n Candidate Profile & Qualifications
n n Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
n Experience Level: 0 to 8 years of experience. Prior experience in sales advantageous but not mandatory.
n Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
n Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
