n n Role Description
n This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
n Responsibilities:
n n Handle client enquiries via calls, emails and other apps.
n Explain products to clients via online and in person.
n Follow up and negotiate over price and closing leads.
n Following company policies legacies and maintain good relations with clients.
n Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
n Maintain existing business.
n Think critically when planning to assure project success.
n n Qualifications:
n n Should be talkative, charming, smart and should have good convincing skills.
n Good Convincing and Upselling skills
n Must have fluency in English, Hindi
n Should be familiar with computers, mobiles and social media apps.
n Minimum 3 years' prior sales / direct sales related experience
n Strong communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills
