n We are hiring Script Writer - Youtube who want to learn how content actually drives business results — not just views, but conversions.
n If you want to understand how storytelling influences retention, engagement, and revenue — this role will train you at the highest level of execution.
n What You'll Be Working On -
n ● Writing scripts for YouTube (long-form) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
n ● Supporting the creation of high-converting storytelling content
n ● Assisting in building a repeatable, data-driven content engine
n ● Learning how to structure scripts for:
n ○ Strong hooks
n ○ High retention
n ○ Clear narrative flow
n ○ Conversion-driven CTAs and much more.
n Expectations (Read Carefully) -

storytelling and human emotions in your content
n ● You must be willing to rewrite until the script works.
n ● You must understand that retention, AVD, CTR, and engagement matter (we'll
