n Role Overview:-
n We are looking for a high-ownership Associate Director - Admission s to lead and scale the admissions operations function. The role requires strong operational depth, people management, process excellence, and the ability to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for applicants and internal teams
n You will oversee the end-to-end admissions operations, guide the team, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant execution across the full lifecycle

n Key Responsibilities:-
n n Own and drive the end-to-end admissions strategy, ensuring program-wise enrolment goals are met consistently.
n Oversee the entire admissions funnel, maintaining strong quality and conversion at every stage.
n Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team, owning performance management, capability building, and execution standards.
n Partner closely with Marketing to optimize campaigns and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
n Deliver a premium applicant experience through fast, personalized, and professional communication across all touchpoints.
n Ensure rigorous evaluations through structured tests, interviews, and a standardized selection process.




n Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily to identify gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive timely interventions.
n Strengthen SOPs, documentation, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistency and process discipline.
n Collaborate cross-functionally with Academics, Finance, Careers, and Leadership to enable smooth, end-to-end execution.
n Drive accurate forecasting, planning, and seat allocation with a strong data-driven approach.
n Track intake quality, selection effectiveness, and scholarship utilization to uphold cohort excellence and financial discipline

n Required Qualifications & Skills:-
n Must-Have
n n 8+ Relevant experience in Operations, Admissions, Sales Ops, or Program
n Execution in education, ed-tech, or premium institutions
n Robust analytical skills with experience in CRM tools, reporting, and data interpretation
n Proven capability in leading and developing teams.
n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n Ability to perform effectively in target-driven, fast-paced environment

n n Experience in higher education or new-age institutional setups.
n Exposure to customer experience-oriented environments.
n Educational background in Business, Operations, or related fields.
